Hi, I'm Ara, founder of Hammer & Axe Leathercraft.

As a firefighter, I could never find a badge wallet that matched the quality, craftsmanship, and style I was looking for. Most options felt generic, were made from low quality materials, or simply weren't designed to fit my badge properly.

So I decided to build my own.

What started as a personal project has grown into Hammer & Axe Leathercraft, a small, family run workshop just outside Vancouver, British Columbia, specializing in handcrafted badge wallets for first responders across North America.
